Global Repairwaala Refund Policy

At Global Repairwaala, we strive to provide the best repair services for home appliances in Kolkata. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds can be processed.

General Refund Policy

We offer refunds for services under specific conditions as outlined below:

  • Service Issues: Refunds are available if the repair service provided is defective, incomplete, or significantly different from the service description provided on our website.
  • Inspection Requirement: If a problem is reported with a service, we may schedule a technician visit to your location for inspection.
  • Refund Conditions: The refund will be processed only if:
    • The service or parts used were defective or not as described.
    • The problem reported is verified by our technician.
    • All parts and components involved are in their original condition and have not been tampered with.

Refund Process

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please email us at globaltechsolution2022@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue.
  • Time Frame for Refund Request: Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the service completion date.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your bank account. The refund processing time varies based on the payment method:
    For Services Fulfilled by Global Repairwaala:
    • Credit/Debit Card: 2-4 business days
    • Net Banking: 2-4 business days
    • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2-4 business days
    • NEFT to Bank Account: 2-4 business days
    • Cheque: 8-10 business days
  • For Services Fulfilled by Third-Party Providers:
    • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
    • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
    • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2-4 business days
    • NEFT to Bank Account: 3-5 business days
    • Cheque: 8-10 business days

Additional Refund Information

  • Invalid Payment Method: If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued through a demand draft.
  • Payment Failure Notice: If there is a payment failure notice from your bank, the refund will be issued through a demand draft. Our team will contact you for the necessary details.
  • Refunds for Pay-on-Delivery Orders: Refunds for pay on delivery orders will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. We do not process refunds to third-party accounts.
  • Shipping Cost Refund: If applicable, a refund for the shipping cost will be processed up to Rs. 100. For larger items, additional shipping cost refunds may be requested with proof of payment.

  • Refund requests must be authorized by our support team after verifying the issue.
  • The name on your Global Repairwaala account must match the name on the bank account for the refund.
